This is a brief, free telephone consultation designed to help us both get clarity. It gives you the opportunity to share, in broad terms, what you’re struggling with and what support you’re hoping for. I’ll explain how I work, answer any initial questions, and together we’ll assess whether ongoing counselling would be a good fit for your needs. There’s no obligation, just a calm, supportive starting point.
